Has anyone used Diskeeper's Velocity to defrag running VM's

I was wondering if anyone has installed Diskeeper's Velocity on their VMs to do disk defragmentation. I use Diskeeper on my hardware servers and some workstations but I haven't tried Velocity on the VMs which is supposed to be designed for this specific purpose.
