Hades Canyon nic issues

I have a Hades canyon pc with 2 onboard NIC's and 4 USB to Ethernet devices.

I'm trying to move the management network to vusb3. I thought I moved it over to usb3 but Every time i remove the main box cable I lose the ability to access the gui

PCs aren't supported devices for ESXi, neither are those types of NICs so no telling what type of issues you're hitting. When you use unsupported hardware you're pretty much gambling on something working or not.

Does the ESXi host detect the USB nics as vmnics, i.e. do you see 6 vmnics?

Maybe some screenshots will help.
