Can any body tell me if my vcms goes down then will my HA and DRS will worh under HA/DRS enabled cluster.
will host based licensing support HA after vc crash.
only until the grace period has expired.

DRS wiil stop working...... but the HA continues to function ones initially configured by the VC..

If VC goes down then the hosts cache the license info. You have 14 days to get VC or the license server back up before you cant power on VMs etc.
HA will work within that time, but DRS wont.

no, it's a hard code in the software.
...but you can change to host based licensing to keep your enviornment running.
