HA Question In VSphere Essentials

We are shortly buying the vSphere Essential Plus bundle. My Question is if i have all three Hosts (ESX) having multipel different VM's on three ESX hosts. And later I want to make one ESX host only on HA. Does i require 4th server or i have to bind my self within 3 ESX hosts as the license is of 3 hosts only. Sorry, maybe my question is bit silly but i am bit confused in the licensing scheme of Essential Bundle.

More over, Can i make each host on HA separtely with different servers?.

HA is turned on for whole cluster, not for a particular host.

You can not use more than 3 ESXes in Essentials.

you enable or disable HA per cluster not per host. if you have 5 hosts but only need HA on two hosts you will need to create two clusters.
