Hi,
I have HA enabled with Current CPU Failover Capacity 74%. I have scale down 3 working VMs from 2 to 1 processor and the capacity has not changed.
Another thing I have just shutdown 3 VMs with 1 CPU each and 2 GB or RAM. Disabled them in HA and cluster still have the same counters.
What am I missing?
