Going Crazy with lvmdriver failed to load 0xbad0001

I know it is a NIC issue, and I have disabled the onboard broadcom and replaced with a supported Intel Pro 100/1000 supported adapter (8086:107c)

No matter what I do with ESXi, no matter the version (3u3, 3u4, 4u0) Same issue. I get all loaded up, and sit with a static 0.0.0.0 and no options to change. It fully recognizes the adapter when running lspci

This is a HP z400 Workstation

Any help would be GREATLY appriciated, ive searched and searched to no avail (not to mention 20 network cards)

TIA

I have gone thruough teh HCL and the simple.map bot of which show support for my card. All other drivers appear to load w/o issue.

Check to make sure your PCID matches the one in the simple map. Again. vm-help.com

My PCI ID is listed in the first post and is CONFIRMED in the simple.map file....I have also tried a dual port intel 1000 server class nic with the same issues for v 3.5 or 4/
