Getting performance information about a free ESXi host

Is there any way to extract and collect performance information (host memory, CPU, ...) from a free ESXi 5.5 host?

Can I use PowerCLI or any other tool to get data and save in a file?

Suggestions, pointers and hints welcome...

SSH to your ESXi host and then run all ESXTOP commands.
