Get an USB Network Card quick an dirty run?

Hi
I have this USB NIC at Home: https://www.delock.de/produkt/61969/merkmale.html?setLanguage=en
Sadly the current ESXi ISO from the VM Ware Homepage dont have the driver inside how it seem.
The internal Nic of the Server dont get an Link with the Switch at that Problem I currently work.
So I would like get the USB Nic to Work until I find a permanent solution with the Internal Glasfiber one.
Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks for replay! Thankfully I could get the Glasfiber Card to connect to my Switch. No I dont need to get the USB Adapter run. 😘
