GPU passthrough problem

Hello.
Trying to passed throu the videocard to ESXi 6.5 I ran into a problem: the video card DISAPPEARS from the list of PCI devices!
Shutting down the host used to help, but now shutting down and rebooting won't help!
I really want to understand the problem and solve it!
