What kind of session are you talking about VM console or RDP?

Please check below links might help you.

Are you using distributed virtual switch? What kind of port binding settings are being used?

Make sure physical switches are learning MAC changes after vmotion.

To isolate the issue between vSphere and view,

1. If you are using PCOIP, Can you try to use RDP or other way round?

2. Try to RDP to the VM from same network and then do vMotion and check.
