Hello Team,
When i right click on Windows2008 VMs and go to Edit Setting , there is one WARNING ICON :smileyalert: in NETWORK ADAPTER section, Once i expand Network Adapter then i get this message "This type of network adapter is not supported by {0} Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (32-bit)" , just want to know what will be the impact if we keep using this vNIC adapter which is not supported and als this vNIC is not listed in the VMware HCL.
ESXi version 6.0 U2
VM HW Version 9
Do let me know if need more details

As long as it works you're ok. However, in case it breaks due to whatever, you're on your own. Unless there are reasons to keep the adapter, I'd suggest you change it to a supported type.
