File system used by ESXi while creating partitions.

Hello Everyone,

Which file system do ESXi x5.0/1 uses while creating partitions like Bootpartition,Bootbank,AltBootbank,Dump/crash partition,Store & Scratch partition.

Those are formatted with vFAT file system

Weinstein5 & JD thanks for your reply. but not sure which one is the correct answer. I think ESXi do not support EXT3 file system. But not sure.

Hi, vFAT is the correct answer for esxi 5.0.
