are you using vCenter and the customization specifications or are you trying to use sysprep within the guest?

you may want to check out http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1026639

Yes I ran slmgr /dlv but the remaining Windows rearm count is 3. I used sysprep within the guest

do you have vCenter?  If so, don't sysprep the guest, run your customization through vCenter and it's customization specifications.

Few hours ago, I ran customization through vCenter but it didn't funtion. I selected the option Gnerete New Security ID (SID) but it din't generate a New SID. When I run PSgetSID I got the same SID than my other VM. For that reason I can't join this VM to the domain, I need to do that.
