Fatal Error 10

I had to power down my server for a short time yesterday. Powered down my two VM's I have installed, when I went to reboot the server I started receiving the attached error. Not sure what caused this error to start, nothing changed.

System is Dell Quad Core 2.66 with 20GB RAM

Similar to the below KB.

ESXi fails to boot with the error: "Error Loading /s.v00 Fatal Error: 8 (Device Error)" (2008817) | ...

Looks like the ESXi image gets corrupted , please try re-install . Also , check Hardware in HCL guide.
