Hi All ,

I am getting this error "Failed to reconfigure virtual machine Windows Server 19. CPU hot plug is not supported for this virtual machine" while reducing the CPU from 4 to 3. I can increase the CPU from 4 to 5. I am using Esxi 7.0 U2 60 days trial version. State Normal (not connected to any Center server).

It's hot-add, not hot-remove feature. You cannot reduce no. of CPUs on the fly, so better to leave the CPUs at 4 or power-off the VM and try to reduce.
