HI is anyone familiar with the fix on this.

Here is the complete error:

Failed to open '/vmfs/volumes/4a85bf47-7888f749-bd71-0015c5f77ad9/Syrwebdbcl1/Syrwebdbcl1_2-000002.vmdk' with flags 0xa (One of the parameters supplied is invalid).

I checked a KB article on this that is closed within vmware kb/1004232

Edited the .vmx file. Removed all the disks that pointed to the missing Snapshots and then re-added the disks .vmdk that were good.
