Using HPE-ESXi 6.5.0,
Made a registry change for activate TLS 1.5 manually and rebooted our Windows 2012 r2 server. After the reboot, server wasn't able to boot back up.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
update: Looks like we had a corrupt snapshot, a friend assist who knew a lot more about xvsi. Turned out there was a bad snapshot that caused the OS from booting up properly.
We didn't delete the bad snapshot. Using Edit setting, we removed the hard drive ( not delete), then Add hard drive, but choose "existing hard drive" (original hard drive). After rebooted the vm was able to boot up but lost any changes that were made before snapshot corruption.
Thanks for the help, I know where to go to look for answers.
