FT Vms

Dear all,

wondering if enabling FT for a VM it is mandatory to have the secondary VM on another host or if i can keep the secondary VM on the same host (just for testing).

Many thanks in advance,

Daniele

Testing FT or something else?

If you want to test FT having both machines on the same host is somewhat, ahem, hmmm, I would say, IMHO, useless.

Hi,

thats normal. Because of the FT reason. You cannot place both VM´s on one Host.

Hi,

The VM FT's will not be available if both the vm's are on the same host.
