You just need to extend the NFS volume in your storage level, At the vSpehre level just rescan, if failed, required remount the nfs. (Depend on your storage type)

As KamilAzmer Mentioned you have to extending the NFS volume from storae end is fine. Host should pick up the new size after rescan if required restart the management agents
