Export/Import VM

Hello,
i'm using vSphere 6.0.2 and i have two clusters.
What is the best practise to export one VM from one cluster to the other?

Export with vSphere client to *.ovf and import this to the other cluster?

Export with vSphere client to *.ovf and import this to the other cluster?

Exported VM's using vSphere client it can import to another cluster it will work.
