Explain pink error screen on ESXi 4.01

Dear All,

From last a few days I kept receive this pink error screen. I have change my memory bank in order to reslove the issue but no effect. Please help to resolve this issue.

I'd suggest you run a complete memory test for your system to ensure the memory isn't faulty. (see e.g. http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003690)

It the hardware on the HCL?

Did you replace all the memory or just one DIMM?
