Exchange 2007 Enterprise Lic's and vmware???

I've been investigating this for hours. I have read clear info from M$ on most software such as SQL and server 2008 on how lic's are treated but Exchange is just hidden! I've Googled this just about every way. Even M$ docs are unclear.

I have 1 license for Exchange 2008 enterprise.

Under the new lic rules am I allowed to install unlimited VM's with Exchange on them on the same physical server?

Much like I know that I can assign one Server 2008 ent lic to a server and install it on 4 VM's on that server.

Thanks for the help!

One Exchange 2007 license would be good for ONE Exchange server be that as a physical or virtual system.

For the Server 2008 Enterprise, you're talking about the version with hyper-v, correct? If so, then it's only because you're making Windows virtual servers inside a Windows server that has the hyper-v license attached. If it was a Server 2008 without hyper-v then you would only be licensed for a single server with one license.
