EventID & Descriptions for VMware ESXi, Lab Manager, View, VCM & Vcloud Director

I am looking for a list of Event id's and Description for the following so i can monitor security events thru syslog/splunk .

EventID & Descriptions - VMware ESXi, Lab Manager, View, VCM & Vcloud Director. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can link to me a document or a site who has this information. thanks

You have posted in the ESX 3.0 forum. What version are you using?

grr.. Vsphere Esxi is what i am using.. basically i need a list of all eventids and descriptions and so i can go thru them and see what's relevant to me and security and monitor those events and create triggers,etc

What version 4.x or 5 so I can move the post to the correct location.

I don't know that there is an EventID list. You can use the ESXi console or SSH to an ESXi host and use vmkerrcode -l to show a list of error codes and a brief description. Redirect the command to a file so you can copy the list off to a datastore and download or scp it.
