Event warning 1000 vmware tools RPC 'guest.initiateUpgradeAtShutdown (vmware ESX 5.5)

Event id 1000 vmware tools warning on each vmware guest windows machines,reinstall vmware tools also getting same warning and

added the line in vmx files isolation.tools.guestInitiatedUpgrade.disable = "FALSE",still it was same result.The event id show below.

Have you confirmed that the VM-Tools ISO is available by attempting a manual upgrade?
