Esxi with NVidia Quadro 4000

Greetings, please help, I want to install ESXi on a computer with an NVidia Quadro 4000 card but I have two problems :

1) Esxi 6 there is no driver for the Quadro 4000

2) Esxi 5.1 I have error - No network adapters and can not finish the installation . If anyone knows a solution I appreciate your help .

About your first question, you have to add the device to a VM via Pass-Through and then you have to install driver in the VM.

About second question, you should check your devices compatibility before installing ESXi or any other software.

Can I ask what you are trying to achieve with the GPU? Is this for Horizon or XenDesktop

You may also get issues passing this through if VMWare is using this card, you will need to force VMWare via the BIOS to use the onboard or another GPU to use this card
