Esxi 6 boot error

I had a power failure the other day and upon booting my server I get this error on boot.

Error loading /sb.V00

The server is a Dell R710, perc 6 raid controller, RAID 10, four 1TB SATA drives. Esxi is installed on the RAID volumes, no flash drives or SD cards.

Usually means there's corruption on the boot media.

Is there any way to fix it or just do a reinstall?

It's often a reinstall, but do a RAID scrub on your volume first and see if it can recover from parity.
