Esxi 5 vmfs/volume/ emty all virtual server not running

Hi Friends,

Need argent help..

My Vmware Esxi 5 server vmfs/volume directory showing emty

I am not using any external is iscsi or fiber storage.

I am using only 1TB local drive for this server and this storage is not showing in esxi 5

Please guide me what is need to do for start this server..

If this is a production machine, consider searching help through VMware Support.

Just one disk?

Attached through (name the raid-controller, raid-level or any other useful information)?

Did you have any power outtage?

Have you performed any update, reboot, other manipulation?

Here i have only one disk and not configured any RAID level

Its ony single one disk 1TB its Size

and i try run fdisk command is also not giving any out put

Most probably your disk is dead. Follow the hints on the previous post to be sure.

But be prepared to start with a new disk and your backup.

are you using VMFS 3 or VMFS 5 ?

if you were so clever and still use VMFS 3
