Esxi 5.5 configuration does not save, resets after reboot.

I recent bought a new Dell Power Edge R320 server with Esxi preinstalled on SSD, booted the server for the first time changed all the basic settings and added usb passthrough without knowing that keyboard will be useless, not trying to remove the usb passthrough, config does not save and comes back. What should I do?

Could you please elaborate on your statement "you may use winscp to edit" what exactly should i edit and where? As I have tried editing esx.conf using vi editor, saving and running auto_backup,sh script and rebooting does not help. Even tried changing my authentication method to Active Directory and reboot does not save.
