Esxi 5.5 ISCSI LUN VMFS

after ISCSI device reboot

on hosts:

vmkping -ok

ping -ok

nc -z device 3260

Connection to device port [tcp/*] succeeded!

but LUN not available - reboot helps;

why did this happen on half host?

can it resolve without reboot ?
