Error whenI trying to set the license number

error :  Call "PropertyCollector.RetrieveContents" for object "ha-property-collector" on .....

It seems, that you have installed esxi server on very low configuration with low Memory, low Network bandwidth.

If above one what i said is wrong. just try to reboot your esxi server once and try assigning license..

But the issue you have shown is really a strange one ..
