Error updating HP ESXi Offline Bundle for VMware ESXi 4.1

Everytime I try to update my ESXi 4.1 server with the HP ESXi bundle for ESXi4.1 I get the errors below. I have shutdown the VM's and have put the host into Maintenance Mode. I am running this from a Windows 7 x64 Bit machine any help will be appreciated.

Sure that your are using the right files?

You have to use the update as is... do not unzip it.
