Environment: ESXi 4.0 build 164009
Downloaded latest HP Management Agents here:

Extracted the tar file to /tmp/hp
When attempting to install the agents manually per the README.txt with the following command:
./install830vibs.sh --install
I get : line 18: can't open /etc/init.d/functions
This directory does not /etc/init.d/functions does not exist.
I saw another post with this specific error, but not there was no follow-up therein.
Anyone run into this recently or have any suggestions?
