Enabling file sharing on a n XP VM

I am running WinXP professional x64 on an ESXi 4 update 1 host machine (Del R 610 Server). VM Vare Tools tray telle me that file sharing is disabled by default. How do I enable file sharing in this machine. I need the sahred folders in this VM to be accessible by other windows machines(Not VMs) on my network. I could not find any documentation for help.

You can go ahead and share any folder under your XP VM, your shared folders will work as usual(Like Physical System, will be available any where in your network).

The option you are talking about is not related to ESX, It is for VMware Workstation for sharing folder between Guest OS & Host.
