Is there any way to enable IPV6 on ESXI without reboot?

IPv6 is enabled per default and has to be disabled manually through DCUI, vCenter or shell. When IPv6 need to be disabled the network modules has to be reloaded. Unfortunatelly this process is only possible through reboot with ESXi kernel.
