ESXi4 install hangs with error code.

Hi,

I am trying to install ESXi4 onto a server that has been used with an old version of ESXi previously. I recreated the arrays as I added 2 more discs and started the install which all seemed to go ok until it hung with the following message:

Booting: MBI=0x000100d8, Entry: 0x00100212

The disc is not bootable and I have tried reinstalling with the exact same result.

Any ideas?

What type of hardware? I know there is some hardware that was supported on older versions of ESXi but not ESXi4. you might want to check the HCL just to make sure.
