ESXi4.1 and NFS

I am looking for a best practice guide\advice for using NFS with ESXi 4.1.  Current environment is using FCoE.  The SAN is NetApp 3140 with 10b NIC.  The ESXi servers connect to Nexus 5020 using CNA card(Emulex).  The ESXi host are using the Nexus 1000V switch.  Thanks
