ESXi won't boot on Supermicro x9sri-f

Supermicro x9SRi-F
Iso used: VMware-VMvisor-Installer-7.0U3f-20036589.x86_64.iso
Installed on Sandisk Cruzer Blade 32GB

I installed Esxi but it won't boot. It gets detected, as in, appears in bootmenu as [VMware ESXi].

It should have no problem booting from that particular model thumbdrive as i was using the same model for the installer which did boot.
I believe in bootmenu it should be [UEFI: VMware ESXi] but it only says [VMware ESXi]. On the other hand it says "UEFI: VMware ESXi" in bios. It had no problem booting the installer in uefi mode (UEFI: prefix in boot menu)

What can i do?

Edit: Changed 1st boot device from "UEFI:VMware ESXi" to "USB Hard Disk SanDisk" and it started working. https://i.imgur.com/knSv8U3.png

Have you confirmed the hardware compatibility?

I did a googling but the list ends at 5.1U1 https://www.supermicro.com/support/resources/OS/C602_listing3.cfm but i don't know if that's because incompatibility or because the board is end of life. I assume the latter.
