ESXi stopped at initializing

I just change the VMkernel.Boot.vmkATkeyboard in advanced system setting in ESXi7.0.3, on a dell r730, but after reboot the machine, it stopped at booting. the grey and yellow screen shows “initializing InitVMKernel: (143/186) keyboard_Init …”. I reboot several times, all stop here. How can I fix this problem, I need the data in virtual os

finally, I find the way to disable my setting at booting time, just press shift-o and input vmkATkeyboard=false, and it works.
