ESXi partition needs CHKDSK ran every couple of weeks

I am using ShadowProtect for backing up my server and every couple weeks or so I have to reboot the VM and run a CHKDSK. The backup software tells me the partition is corrupt. Once I run CHKDSK everything is good for another week or two. When I login to the vSphere client and go to Configuration, Health Status, it does not show storage. I am running ESXi version 4.1 and vSphere Client 4.1.

Any help would be grealty appreciated!
