Hi. Ive been playing around with esxi 4 on one of my spare laptops (dell e6410) and came across an issue. Is there any way to put the display to sleep/turn it off at will on the console? I know after no activity for a little while it goes to B&W. I want to completly tun off the screen but keep esxi running. The display stays on even when the laptop is closed.
Ive tried physically disconecting the display and it works. The problem with that is if the cable is plugged back in the display doesnt come back on until esxi is restarted. Any suggestions?
