ESXi loosing storage

vcenter-server: Issue detected on <ESXi Name> in  datacenter :  vmhba#### to<serial number of stroage array> is dead.

can i remove these esxi host from storage array and re-add it while the host is power-ed off.

host is a part of cluster.

when i bring host online, it has APD kind of situation and i cant login to the host.

what is your suggestion?

Don't know what you mean by "remove" in this instance, and it depends on the connectivity technology in use and the storage array. It's unlikely "removing" them will fix this issue.
