ESXi host issue in vsphere after hard power loss

Team,

I had the power drop in my lab thus powering off my two esxi 4 hosts...when i powered everything back up the vsphere server is showing all my VMs as powered up, when they arent and im getting a dvs out of sync on my n1k....seems like something is "stuck" in a cache or something in the vsphere server? Anyone know how to clear this up?

try restart all services of management.

services.sh restart  - In Host.
