I'm running ESXi6 on my MacPro .. it has DP and HDMI outputs to my monitor...
If the DP/HDMI cable is connected before booting the host, the yellow/back ESXi console shows up fine on my monitor...
If I then unplug the DP/HDMI cable and plug it back in again, the monitor is blank - I lose the ESXi console ...
Any ideas how to get it back? (without rebooting)
