I am using ESXi 4.0 and have moved 2 hosts to a colocation with a persistant demand dial VPN setup. I have network connectivity and remote desktop access to all the machines but about 30-60 seconds after connecting to the host and logging in a VM it drops connection. Anyone run into this problem before? Since this is tunneled over a VPN there shouldn't be any firewall issues and the static route allows all the DNS, RDP, and AD to function. Any help would be appreciated.
