ESXi host 8.0 becomes unresponsive/unavailable after Veeam backup

We have 4 VMs at the same ESXi host 8.0. Three of them are being backed up without any issues but there is a problem with the last one. Just after the problematic vm’s backup starts the ESXi host becomes unresponsive and finally unavailable (cannot login via web gui, ssh. physical console is displayed but do not respond to a keyboard).

The problematic VM is the one with Veeam Backup & Replication installed. My first thought was „maybe the Veeam cannot backup itself?” but the qiuck research negligated that. Logs attached, please help.
