ESXi hang with error message

Hi,

I've a problem with ESXi recently. I'm using ESXi on an IBM server with SAN, and installed 2 VMs on it.

Those 2 VMs is used for MySQL database.

Suddenly, all VMs down, and here's my problem...

- I can't connect it by Vsphere Client,

- Sometime i can connect it, and there is a error message "msg.hbacommon, locklost:The lock protecting xxx.vmdk has been lost..."

- I'm using Veeam, it can't collect data when ESXi hangs.

- On physical server console, It still hang when press F12 to shutdown the server.

- After i disconnect the power and start the server again, it works again and all the vm can be turned on again.

It happened twice a week, I have try to use another physical server with same configure, it still happen.

Is it caused by too high loading of CPU? or disk IO? or anyone have this problem too? Thanks!

Johnny

could this be your issue?  it's not the same but in your post and in the kb, it talks about losing the hba....
