ESXi antivirus protection

1. Does somebody use TREND MICRO Core Protection for virtual machine to protect VMs?

2. What AVs people using in order centrally protect VMs?

3. What are pros and cons of installing AV on each VM and using TM Core Protection?

Thanks.

Trend is the only solution that enables central AV, even so its very new to market. Most shops still use their traditional offerings , but ensure that all of your scheduled tasks include a random offset to prevent "av storms" on update / scheduled scan.
