ESXi and EXT3?

If I access the ESXi console (SSH), is it possible to mount a drive with an EXT3 file system?

I am trying to move existing data from an ext3 partition on an internal SATA drive to one of my datastores. Thanks for any advice you might have on this.

ESXi does not support ext3 or other Linux filesystems.
