ESXi Evaluation Mode Expired

After 60 days expiry of the evaluation mode of esxi  what we can do and can't do on our esxi?

Can't start VMs and the host is disconnected from vCenter.  Running VMs keep running (as long the VM isn't powered off you can restart the guest OS).

You can configure the host (not via vCenter).

            You can reinstall the ESXi without disturbing the VMs on it .
