ESXi 7 How to install OEM Addon from cli/esxcli

I was looking into the differences between the drivers and tools, custom isos, and OEM addons. Came to the conclusion the OEM addons is just a new decoupling concept introduced in 7.x so OEM custom isos arent necessary anymore so decided to try to install the Dell OEM Addons to a vmware 7.x image. My question is how do you install its zip file? Unlike an individual driver, there is no doc folder to run through how to install?

When I installed the individual driver it had me use esxcli software component apply, but looking at the oem zip file everything is located in the vib folder. Not sure which commands to invoke here. Any ideas?

How I understand this, component apply installs a bundle (which consists of one, or more vibs), and let's you remove the complete bundle again, whereas vib install installs individual vibs, which need to be removed individually (one by one) if required.
